my son just gave me 5kg (11lb) nectarines, so i made three times this recipe. it took a bit longer for the larger amount to thicken, but it eventually cooked up beautifully. it's a sweetish chutney that will go super well with pork and poultry.

💬 Reviews (I had a ton of lettuce in the house a few weeks ago and didn't want it to all go to waste. This was the perfect recipe for me that day. I left out the mint, and used vegetable stock to make this vegetarian, but aside from that, didn't change anything else. We did feel that the amount of peas overshadowed the delicate taste of the lettuce, 1 kilo is way too many peas, it also made the soup a little too thick. Next time I'll use only 500 grams of frozen peas, and life should be sublime!)

💬 Reviews (I made this soup for lunch today. We have a glut of lettuces in the garden so decided to try this soup.... it was delicious and I will be using it frequently. It was quite a thick consistency so it would be alright to reduce the quantity of peas.)

💬 Reviews (I was looking for a seafood pasta recipe that wasn't overly high in fat. This was delicious! I used 1 lb of scallops, 1/2 lb of shrimp an 1/2 lb of imitation crabmeat. I reduced the butter, used regular angel hair, 3 cloves of garlic and topped with shredded parmesain. I will definitely use this recipe again. Thank you for posting!)
