- manicotti', 'ground beef', 'mushrooms', 'onion', 'garlic cloves', 'italian seasoning', 'sea salt', 'pepper', 'fresh spinach', 'eggs', 'ricotta cheese', 'red bell pepper', 'mozzarella cheese', 'parmesan cheese', 'stewed tomatoes', 'spaghetti'
🍳 Directions
preheat oven to 375 degrees', 'cook manicotti shells according to package directions', 'in a hot skillet add ground beef , mushrooms , onions , garlic , italian seasoning , pepper , and 1tsp salt', 'cook until ground beef is no longer pink', 'remove the ground beef from heat and stir in spinach', 'set aside and let cool', 'in a large bowl lightly beat the eggs', 'combine the ricotta , bell pepper , and mozzarella cheese , and remaining salt in with the eggs', 'stir together well', 'stir in the ground beef mixture until well mixed', 'in a baking dish add stewed tomatoes and 1 cup of spaghetti sauce', 'stuff the manicotti with the meat and cheese mixture and arrange in the baking dish', 'pour on remaining sauce and sprinkle on the parmesan cheese', 'cover and bake in the oven for 45 minutes'

I used 2 cans of 98% fat free cream of chicken, changed the cheese to what I had (4 oz 50% cheddar and 4 oz light mexican blend. My husband raved about the taste. Next time I might try to sneak in broccoli or tomatoes for a one dish meal. A definite keeper. Thanks for sharing!)

place all of the ravioli ingredients into a small sauce pan , except the wonton wrappers , and turn the heat to low', 'cook the meat for about 10 minutes , or until browned', 'you much stir this constantly and sometimes vigorously to keep the mixture smooth , no lumps !', 'wet the edges of a wonton wrapper and place 1-1 1 / 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture in the center', 'top with another wonton skin and press all of the air out of the ravioli while you are pressing the edges together to make a tight seal', 'meanwhile , bring a large pot of salted water to a boil', 'place all of the sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan except the cheese and bring to a boil', 'add the ravioli to the boiling water and boil them , stirring occasionally for 5-8 minutes', 'remove the sauce from the heat and add the cheddar cheese and salt and pepper to taste', 'toss the ravioli and sauce together in a large bowl and serve'

when i made this recipe i had no idea that it would turn out to taste like chef boyardee, but it did, and it was really good too!
💬 Reviews (It was just okay. I added onion flakes and lots of fresh ground black pepper. I also used regular cheese (1/2 Mexican, 1/2 sharp cheddar). I topped it with Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix. It was pretty bland.)

preheat the oven to 350 degrees f', 'spray a 1-quart casserole dish with cooking spray', 'trim the cauliflower and cut into florets', 'steam the cauliflower in a large pot with a little water over medium-low heat until tender', 'remove the cauliflower from the pot to a towel to remove excise moisture', 'heat the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat', 'when the butter has melted , whisk in the flour', 'cook , stirring , for 2 minutes', 'add the milk , whisking all the time to make sure there are no lumps', 'cook another 3 to 4 minutes , and let the sauce thicken', 'season with salt and pepper , to taste and add the nutmeg', 'put the cauliflower into the prepared pan', 'top with half of the cheese', 'pour the white sauce over the cheese', 'top with the remaining cheese and the bread crumbs', 'bake , uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes until golden and bubbly'

combine melted margarine , chicken broth and hot water', 'in a large bowl , combine the remaining ingredients', 'pour the water mixture over the crumb mixture and stir', 'spray crock pot with pam , then spoon stuffing into it', 'cook on low for 5-6 hours , scraping the sides and stirring once , half way through', 'check the moisture once or twice , add a little hot water if necessary , but it should be nice and moist as is'

mmmm. moist and delicious stuffing. of all the recipes i have tried, this is the only one which tastes like it came right out of the bird.
as our family are big stuffing eaters, i always make this recipe then mix it with the stuffing from the bird for serving.
