Prep 10 m Cook 30 m Ready In 40 m Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir in the ground beef, onion, green and red peppers, beef bullion, salt, seasoned salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any excess grease. Stir in the water and rice. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender, and the liquid has been absorbed, 20 to 25 minutes
💬 Reviews (I like this recipe for the base. I did substitute the beef for ground turkey and used brown rice instead of white rice. I also added cajun seasoning and cayenne pepper to give it a kick as it was pretty bland without it.')

Prep 10 m Cook 50 m Ready In 1 h Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add meatballs, tomato sauce, bouillon, oregano, basil, thyme, salt and pepper to taste, celery, carrots, and garlic, and simmer for 30 minutes. Add macaroni and cook until pasta is done. Top with parmesan cheese to serve
💬 Reviews (Made this as a desperate attempt to use the only meat on hand which was 1/2 bag of Sams small meatballs and available stuff in pantry. We really enjoyed it! After reading other reviews, I followed recipe with these exceptions: used half water and half beef broth, added a bit of chopped onion, added 2 bay leaves, added a dash of red pepper flakes, substituted 3/4 c rice for pasta. It made a ton...will probably freeze for another night. Nice for something different ????')

Prep 20 m Cook 1 h 50 m Ready In 2 h 25 m Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a pot with enough water to cover, boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes. Drain, cool, and place in a bowl. Toss with olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, chives, salt, and pepper. Rub the pork loin roast with 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and onion powder. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan, and cook 50 minutes in the preheated oven. Arrange the potatoes around the roast, and continue cooking 50 minutes, to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Remove from heat, cover with foil, and let sit 15 minutes before slicing

- thick pork chops vegetable oil brown sugar salt and pepper to taste ground cinnamon ground nutmeg unsalted butter tart apples pecans (optional)

Prep 20 m Cook 25 m Ready In 45 m Preheat oven to 175 degrees F (80 degrees C). Place a medium dish in the oven to warm. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brush chops lightly with oil and place in hot pan. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, or until done. Transfer to the warm dish, and keep warm in the preheated oven. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, salt and pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add butter to skillet, and stir in brown sugar mixture and apples. Cover and cook until apples are just tender. Remove apples with a slotted spoon and arrange on top of chops. Keep warm in the preheated oven. Continue cooking sauce uncovered in skillet, until thickened slightly. Spoon sauce over apples and chops. Sprinkle with pecans

Prep 15 m Cook 25 m Ready In 40 m Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place butter in a shallow bowl. In a separate shallow bowl, mix the crushed cereal, flour, and seasoning blend. Dip chicken tenders in the butter, then press in the cereal mixture to evenly coat. Arrange in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with any remaining butter. Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken juices run clear

Prep 25 m Cook 35 m Ready In 1 h Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Brown ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks, about 10 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water, bring the mixture to a boil, and reduce heat to low. Simmer turkey mixture until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in chopped green chilies and remove from heat. Spread a scant 2/3 cup enchilada sauce evenly over the bottom of an 8x10-inch baking dish; top sauce with 4 tortillas, overlapping if necessary. Spread tortillas with half the sour cream, half the refried beans, half the turkey mixture, and 1/3 the cheese blend. Top with another 2/3 cup enchilada sauce and 4 more tortillas. Firmly press down on tortillas to compact the layers beneath. Repeat layers, spreading remaining sour cream, refried beans, turkey mixture, 1/3 the cheese blend and 2/3 cup enchilada sauce onto tortillas. Top with remaining 4 tortillas; press down as before. Finish layering casserole with remaining 2/3 cup enchilada sauce and remaining 1/3 the cheese blend. Bake casserole uncovered in the preheated oven until the cheese topping is melted and bubbling and casserole is hot, about 20 minutes
