Grill ham on preheated grill until meat shows good grill marks, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Cut ham into bite-size pieces. Whisk olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, champagne vinegar, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a large bowl. Toss mixed greens into dressing to coat. 💬 Reviews (I used lentils for the first time in this recipe. A word of caution...if you use red lentils, reduce the cooking time. Red lentils take the shortest amount of time to cook. My soup came out mushy. Next time maybe 25 minutes with red lentils in it.')

Add flank steak to the bag, coat with the marinade, squeeze bag to remove excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours to overnight. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. Remove steak from the bag and shake off excess marinade. Discard remaining marinade. Cook the steak until beginning to firm and is hot and slightly pink in the center, 5 to 7 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 140 degrees F (60 degrees C). Rest steak 5 to 10 minutes before slicing across the grain

Prep 30 m Cook 30 m Ready In 2 h Place cubed pork in a medium bowl, and season with 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Mix in the egg white and green onions. Cover, and place in the refrigerator at least 1 hour. Heat 1 quart oil to 365 degrees F (185 degrees C) in a large, heavy saucepan or deep fryer. Coat the pork with 1/2 cup cornstarch, and fry in the heated oil about 10 minutes, until evenly browned. Drain on paper towels. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok over medium heat. Stir in the celery, green bell pepper, and onion, and cook until tender. Season with salt and sugar. Remove from heat, and set aside. In a large saucepan, mix 1 cup water, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup sugar, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, and 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce. Bring to a boil, and stir in the cooked pork, celery mixture, and the pineapple chunks with juice. Return to boil, and mix in 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/4 cup water to thicken. And she was right, this recipe is the best Chinese I have ever had. The sauce in particular was INCREDIBLE and an identical match to what I have had at some of my favorite Chinese restaurants!\r \r I made a few changes from the recipe as written. \r \r I used pork tenderloin as it was all I had on hand and I used a regular yellow onion instead of green onions. I simply beat a whole egg rather than using egg white for the marinade. \r \r Instead of frying the pork in a deep fryer I used 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil in my wok to fry everything and just turned the pork to brown it evenly on all sides.\r \r And finally I left the sauce on the side rather than mixing it in the finished meal. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Place brisket in a large roasting pan. Cover and bake for 5 to 6 hours. Remove from oven, cool, and then slice. Put slices back into pan. In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, ketchup, butter, water, celery salt, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir, and cook until boiling.
