Prep 25 m Cook 55 m Ready In 1 h 20 m In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, and green pepper and saute until onions are soft. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a large mixing bowl, place ground beef, crushed crackers, Cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, and sauteed onion and green pepper. Mix thoroughly. Press beef mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until done. Check with a meat thermometer for doneness. Internal temperature should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C)

Prep 15 m Cook 15 m Ready In 30 m Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine the chicken, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl; set aside. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Dip the corn tortillas into the hot oil one at a time until softened, about 10 seconds each. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of chicken mixture onto each tortilla, spread down the center and roll into a cylinder. Place seam side down into the prepared baking dish. When all tortillas are filled and rolled, sprinkle the green chiles over all and top with the shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese has melted and the enchiladas are hot, 12 to 15 minutes

Cut chicken into thin strips. Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat. Add chicken, green onions and carrot. Stir-fry 3 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Add egg; cook, stirring gently, until firm. Stir in rice and cook until heated through. Add roasted garlic teriyaki sauce; remove pan from heat. Stir mixture until well mixed. Serve immediately
💬 Reviews (This was alright. Nothing too exciting. We made more chicken than it called for and therefore added more sauce. We also added another egg. I used jasmine rice which worked fine.')

Prep 10 m Cook 20 m Ready In 30 m In a large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in oil until it begins to brown. Add onion and saute until soft. Add beef and saute, stirring constantly with a fork to crumble as finely as possible. When meat is browned, add the tomato juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, browning sauce and cayenne pepper. Stir together and let simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the liquids have evaporated (about 15 to 20 minutes). Spoon mixture onto hamburger buns and serve

Prep 20 m Cook 15 m Ready In 35 m In a medium saucepan, combine the ketchup, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, paprika, chili powder and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside half of the sauce. Preheat broiler. Brush both sides of the chops with sauce. Place chops on broiling pan rack. Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes on each side. Brush with more sauce. Continue broiling, turning and basting every 3 to 4 minutes, until juices run clear. Serve with reserved sauce

Prep 30 m Cook 30 m Ready In 1 h Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add lasagna noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. In a skillet, brown ground beef. Using a fork, mix cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl combine tomato paste and tomato sauce. In a 9x13 inch baking pan, layer noodles, ground beef, tomato sauce mixture and cottage cheese mixture. Two layers of each will fit. Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove tin foil the last 8 minutes of baking time
