Prep 10 m Cook 20 m Ready In 30 m Heat sesame oil in a wok, and add cashews. Once brown, transfer cashews to a bowl. Set aside. Add chile peppers to wok, and sir fry for 20 seconds. Stir in chicken, and season with pepper and salt to taste. Cook chicken until no longer pink. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Stir in cashews and green onions, and stir fry for 2 minutes

Prep 20 m Cook 2 h 30 m Ready In 2 h 50 m Stir together the vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and bay leaves in a large saucepan. Add the cubed pork, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until the pork is tender, about 2 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. If using the green beans, add them during the last half hour of cooking

💬 Reviews (Ditto on removing the ketchup. And also agree and modified to 1/2 c vinegar 1/4 c soya sauce. And lastly, also omitted the veggie. Attached a photo. Will serve on a bed of white jasmine and quinoa rice made with cumin seeds and sesame oil. Came out perfect!')

Pour in the baked beans, and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Serve in tortillas with shredded cheese and sour cream

In a large skillet, brown the chicken breasts in oil till crispy and juices run clear. Add the red onion to the chicken. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often. Add the orange juice, and bring to a boil. When the juice boils, add the mango slices. Turn down heat, and simmer for 2 minutes. Dissolve the cornstarch in hot water; stir into sauce. Stir till sauce thickens slightly

Prep 10 m Cook 29 m Ready In 39 m Season beef lightly with dried onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir meat in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in egg noodles and return to a boil. Cook noodles uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 6 minutes. Drain. Combine water and bouillon cubes in a microwave-safe measuring cup. Cook in the microwave until boiling, about 6 minutes. Crush cubes and stir broth until dissolved. Pour broth into a deep saucepan over medium-high heat. Add flour gradually, whisking in until bubbly and thick, about 1 minute. Reduce heat and add sour cream, ketchup, and vinegar. Whisk until smooth, about 1 minute. Add beef and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes more. Pour beef sauce over noodles and toss to coat

Prep 10 m Cook 45 m Ready In 2 h 55 m Arrange sweet potatoes and chicken pieces in a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together pomegranate juice, sherry vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and sweet potatoes. Cover, and marinate for 1 to 2 hours, turning once. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until chicken and sweet potatoes are cooked through. Baste with cooking juices several times while cooking. Sprinkle with green onion and pomegranate seeds before serving

💬 Reviews (The flavor was not bad but nothing special for us. I had to cover the dish and increase the cooking time to get the potatoes all the way cooked and everything was the same purplish/brownish/gray color and looked very unappitizing. Very different from the picture posted.')
