I was out of cider vinegar so used balsamic, used some of the stem chopped, didn't add cheese, and served with veal scaloppini (lemon, white wine, capers recipe), noodles & sauted chantrelles (worcheste sire, olive oil, red wine a nice sangiovese served with dinner)--the whole dinner took less than 20 min. Thank you by far the best chard recipe I have tried. Has anyone tried with garlic or fruit or pine nuts or other variations?)

And because of the scallops and my husband's tastes, I substituted lemon juice for the vinegar. I'm sure either would work perfectly. Yum!)

we love this wonderfully sweet pineapple cake! it's absolutely luscious! it's so cold and refreshing on a hot summer day. everyone loves this cake, especially my little girl. make this the day before you serve it if you can. it gives the flavors a chance to blend.

💬 Reviews (Oh so yum curry and fish. DH isn't a fan of fish so I saved this dish for last as it was only myself, ds11 and dsd14 and we all love our seafood. I used Basa as that is what I already had in the freezer and it lent itself perfectly to the curry sauce.
