combine mayonnaise , basil , chives , and lime juice in a food processor until smooth', 'stir in parmesan and refrigerate', 'slice chicken thinly across the grain and place in a small bowl or container', 'drizzle with olive oil and several grinds of fresh pepper', 'cover with plastic wrap and set aside', 'to assemble , lay a tortilla flat on your work surface', 'spread with pesto mayonnaise to edges', 'lay a slice of provolone in the center of the wrap and top with chicken slices along the midline', 'spread a scant tablespoon of tomato spread along the chicken', 'fold up the bottom edge of the tortilla and roll closed from side to side , leaving the top open'

i modified tyler florence's basil mayonnaise by greatly increasing the amount of basil and with the addition of parmesan. we can't have tree nuts at our house, but i'd bet grinding walnuts into the mayonnaise would add a terrific woody texture and aroma to the whole dish. i usually prep cook the night before: that's why i dressed the cooked chicken with oil and pepper, so it would stay nice and moist.
💬 Reviews (I used chicken instead of the turkey but pretty much kept the rest the same. Very very good nachos! Very rich, can't have them to often, but it would be a great dish to serve guests who have come over on game day It also doesn't take any time at all to make, not even close to the 45 minutes!!! cut zucchini into 1 / 2 cm wedges and saut until outsides begin to get slightly crispy', 'meanwhile , spray a large skillet with pam , turn the stove to medium-low heat , and lay down your tortilla', 'coat the entire tortilla with a thin coat of pesto', 'sprinkle with grated cheese', 'when zucchini is done , spread pieces over one half of the tortilla', 'cut avocado into slices and spread evenly over zucchini', 'fold over quesadilla , and turn heat up to medium-high', 'flip occasionally until cheese is melted', 'serve with light sour cream and salsa'

these quick 'n easy quesadillas are perfect for the late night snacker with discriminating tastes, or the bachelor/ette cooking for one. (though multiples are entirely possible - cooking them simultaneously will surely take balancing!). when cut into smaller wedges, these are also ideal as appetizers, and can be served between warm and room temperature. (*a plus to serve on st. patty's day, as all the ingredients are green!)

💬 Reviews (Great wings! Only used about a 1T of sriracha since my hubby does not like it too spicy. I added just regular wing sauce to make up the difference and added a touch of asian chili sauce for some sweetness. Will make these again. And they grilled up perfectly!!)

the name of this recipe doesn't sound appealing but trust me it is. it's been a family french recipe for years and i would love to share it with you.
💬 Reviews (Alright, I cheated. I had been eyeing these wings; even picked up wings, with these in the back of my mind. I did not have hours to marinade, tho I did sprinkle the seasonings on, after a salt water soak. I also did not have golden syrup, so I subbed the honey, and no fresh cilantro, which just meant an extra shake from the coriander, into the sauce. I LOVE the heat from the wings; I just knew they'd be good and spicy. I look forward to making them again, and will do my best to follow the directions, in their entirety, next time - and there will most definitely will be a next time! Thanks for sharing, GailAnn!)
