🍴 Ingredients

    onions', 'celery', 'butter', 'all-purpose flour', 'salt', 'pepper', 'milk', 'parmesan cheese', 'pecans'

🍳 Directions

in a large skillet , saute onions and celery in 3 tablespoons butter until tender', 'drain and set aside', 'in a saucepan , melt the remaining butter , stir in flour , salt and pepper until smooth', 'gradually stir in milk', 'bring to a boil , cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened', 'pour over vegetables', 'toss to coat', 'pour into an ungreased 2 quart baking dish sprinkle with cheese and pecans', 'bake , uncovered at 350f for 20-25 minutes , or until heated through'

preheat broiler', 'mix all ingredients except toast', 'spread on toast', 'place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper', 'broil 4 from source of heat 2-3 minutes or until golden and bubbly'

💬 Reviews (I love BBQ sauce and this one is FAB! I got the yellow mustard esp for it. I used slightly less butter as was making for my family and my mum is on a diet! Anything with w.sauce has my vote cos its so loved here...The recipe makes a lot, considering there were only three of us to feed but I made it all so I can use it this week with other things. Served tonight with good ol' british sausages and mash and it went down very well, will make hamburgers later in the week when the weather is supposed to get better and I'm sure it'll be great, if not better as the flavours will have blended even more! So glad I tried it, have saved it and thank you for posting!)

parmesan oregano bread aka pizza bread

    yeast', 'milk', 'salt', 'olive oil', 'oregano', 'parmesan cheese', 'flour', 'dried oregano'

🍳 Directions

dissolve the yeast in the milk', 'add salt , 1 / 4 cup olive oil , 1 tablespoon oregano , and 1 / 4 cup parmesan cheese', 'add flour a little at a time', 'when dough is manageable , turn out dough onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth', 'place in bowl lightly oiled with olive oil', 'rise for 1 hour in dark , warm place until dough has doubled', 'knead dough for 2-4 minutes', 'divide dough into 20 equal pieces , roll each piece into a ball', 'butter large loaf pan and place 14 of the balls on the bottom in 2 rows , 7 in each row', 'brush with olive oil', 'place remaining 6 balls down the middle on top of the other 14', 'brush with olive oil and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon oregano and 2 tablespoons parmesan', 'cover and let rise for 45 minutes', 'bake for 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees', 'the balls will produce a beautiful , mountainous surface on the bread- a real conversation piece !'

the directions fill a loaf pan with balls, for a special presentation. this can also be shaped into s standard loaf or a round loaf. posting this in response to a request. i have not yet tried it, but i will! times are estimates.

I used it with some country ribs I cooked in my crockpot and there was still some left over (it makes plenty!) so i used the rest with chicken I cooked in the oven. The combination of flavors was wonderful, with just the right tang. Reviewed (belatedly) for PAC.)

cut each potato into 8 wedges and brush each wedge with mayonnaise', 'stir together parmesan and seasoned salt and sprinkle evenly on potato wedges', 'place wedges in a single layer on parchment paper lined baking sheet , or a greased baking sheet', 'bake at 400 degrees f for 25-30 minutes or until wedges are tender'

💬 Reviews (This is a pretty good recipe. It normally should be pretty quick to make, true, but it took me longer because I made homemade tortillas (from a bag of masa harina de maiz), and had to boil some chicken breasts and shred them for this recipe. It lasted me for three dinners, and though it was very tasty the first night, I didn't think it was quite as good reheated (some recipes actually turn out better that way). But it's tasty and easy enough, and seems to be fairly healthy, so I'll recommend it.)

combine first 4 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag', 'shake to blend', 'cut each potato into 8 wedges and place in a bag', 'seal and shake to coat', 'arrange the potatoes in a 13 x 9 inch pan and drizzle with butter', 'bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes on each side or until they are tender', 'serve immediately'

💬 Reviews (I didn't have fajia seasoning mix so I used taco seasoning mix. The steaks were so tender and tasty. A little bit sweet maybe because of the kiwi. It was in the marinade near 1 hour and a half. Thanks Erindipity. Made for PAC Spring 2008.)
