Meatloaf with a Ranch Twist

- vegetable juice (such as V8®) brown sugar Worcestershire sauce lean ground beef garlic powder onion powder ranch dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley Ranch®) rubbed sage salt ground black pepper Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs egg fat-free milk

Prep 15 m Cook 1 h 10 m Ready In 1 h 25 m Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Combine the vegetable juice, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat; cook until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes. Mix the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, ranch dressing mix, sage, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Gradually sprinkle the bread crumbs into the meat while mixing so the crumbs are distributed evenly throughout; add the egg and milk and continue mixing. Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer to a loaf pan. Pour about half the sauce over the meatloaf. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Cut the meatloaf into 6 even slices. Pour the remaining sauce over the slices to serve

Prep 20 m Cook 30 m Ready In 50 m In a large pot, melt 1 tablespoon butter or margarine over medium heat: cook and stir vegetables and beef , until beef is brown. Stir in basil and parsley. Add broth and potatoes. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10-12 minutes. Melt the remainder of butter and stir in flour. Add the milk, stirring until smooth. Gradually add milk mixture to the soup, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Stir in cheese. When cheese is melted, add sour cream and heat through. Do not boil

Prep 20 m Cook 25 m Ready In 45 m In a medium saucepan combine the broth, rice, sauce, and 1 diced onion. Mix and bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 20 minutes, or until rice is tender. Meanwhile, heat tortillas in a large skillet (so that they are soft enough to fold). When rice mixture is ready, spoon equal amounts of the following onto each tortilla: Chicken, shredded Jack cheese, diced onion, olives, rice mixture and beans. Roll tortillas, tucking in sides to prevent filling from spilling over. Heat oil in a large skillet and fry the filled tortillas, turning, until browned on all sides. Drain on paper towels. To Serve: In a medium bowl combine the avocados, cilantro, lemon juice, green onions, chile peppers and tomatoes. Mash together. Place shredded lettuce on a platter, topped with chimichangas, avocado mix, sour cream and shredded Cheddar cheese

Prep 15 m Cook 45 m Ready In 1 h Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook noodles in boiling water for about 8 minutes, or until done. Drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook celery and onion in butter until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in soup, milk, and cheese. Cook, stirring, until cheese melts. In a large bowl, mix together the noodles, cheese sauce mixture, carrots, mushrooms, chicken, and salt and pepper. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until hot
💬 Reviews (This was a pretty good dish! I used homestyle egg noodles(taste & look more like homemade), omitted the mushrooms, and used seasoned bread crumbs. I baked everything but the bread crumbs, until cheese was bubbly. Then added the bread crumbs, along with 1T melted butter. Baked until toasted. Will definitely make again. Thanks for sharing!')

Prep 15 m Cook 25 m Ready In 40 m Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2.5 quart baking dish. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place pasta in the pot, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until tender, and drain. Cook and stir the Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the fat from the meat, pour the cooked pasta and spaghetti sauce into the skillet, and stir well to combine. Bring the mixture to a boil. Pour half of the hot pasta-sausage mixture into the prepared baking dish, spread with the cottage cheese in an even layer, and sprinkle with half the mozzarella cheese. Spread the remaining pasta mixture over the cheese, and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, until the casserole is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Let it stand 5 minutes to firm up before serving
💬 Reviews (i made this for a small get together in my home, and i am glad i did!! everyone liked it and some asked for the recipe. They were surprised at the simplicity of ingredients. I did change a few things as follows: 2 cups pasta (1lb box) same 1lb hot italian sausage 1 26oz can 4 cheese tomato sauce 12 oz (1 cup 1/2) cottage cheese added 2 eggs (medium size) to cottage and about 1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese also some left over fresh spinach. the layers were arranged: sauce, pasta, cottage, sauce, shredded cheese. somehow my recipe yielded enough to fill a small bundt pan and almost fill a 9x9? sqare glass pan. IMPORTANT: i cooked the sausage, and added the tomato sauce, but did NOT cook the noodles. YUM!!!')
